Job summary

Expleo USA is seeking an Automotive Sales Lead in Troy, Michigan to drive growth with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, and develop strategies across engineering, quality, validation, manufacturing, and technology services.

You will lead business development, customer meetings, and proposals while coordinating with delivery and marketing teams to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive sales, business development, account management, or strategic customer management.
• Proven experience with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or engineering service organizations.
• Strong understanding of automotive engineering, manufacturing, quality, validation, or technology services.
• Experience proposing proposals, commercial agreements, and customer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities within automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility organizations.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and engineering leadership.
• Lead full sales cycle from opportunity to contract closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports.
