Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shipment movement activities with internal teams, network offices, agents, airlines, and service partners.
• Processes shipment data, status updates, and records to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Monitors active shipments and communicates delays to stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Verifies documentation and tracking details to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners.
• Reviews trends and issues and makes recommendations to improve workflow and data accuracy.
• Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain operations.
