Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shipment movement with internal teams, offices, agents, airlines, and service partners to ensure timely transit and delivery.
• Processes shipment data, status updates, and records in systems to maintain accuracy and visibility.
• Monitors shipments, communicates delays and routing issues to stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Verifies shipment documentation, tracking details, and records to meet transportation and internal procedures.
• Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners for aligned execution.
• Reviews operational trends and recurring issues to propose workflow improvements for service and data accuracy.
• Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain continuity.
