Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate for the Sunday–Thursday shift (1pm–9:30pm) at our Cary, NC location. You’ll help move materials, maintain inventory flow, verify shipments, and keep systems updated for stock visibility.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years in logistics. Certification in logistics operations is preferred, and the role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipment coordination, order fulfillment, customer service operations, or related field.
• Certification in logistics operations or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries materials and positions inventory to maintain organized and efficient warehouse flow.
• Verifies shipment details and confirms accuracy to support correct order fulfillment.
• Records inventory movements and updates systems to maintain visibility of stock and shipments.
• Observes equipment and work area conditions to support safe and continuous operations.
• Coordinates with team members to align on task requirements and execution priorities.
• Detects discrepancies or delays and escalates them with relevant details for resolution.
