Job summary

Cencora in Cary, NC is seeking an Associate Operator, Logistics & Transportation to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will carry materials, position inventory, verify shipment details, and maintain organized flow.

You will record inventory movements in the system, monitor equipment and work area conditions for safety, escalate discrepancies promptly, and collaborate with teammates to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipment coordination, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Carries materials and positions inventory to maintain organized warehouse flow.
• Verifies shipment details and confirms accuracy to support correct order fulfillment.
• Records inventory movements and updates systems to maintain visibility of stock and shipments.
• Observes equipment and work area conditions to support safe and continuous operations.
• Coordinates with team members to align on task requirements and execution priorities.
• Detects discrepancies or delays and escalates them with relevant details for resolution.
