Job summary

Venture X Chandler is seeking an afternoon front desk and community coordinator to be the friendly face of our coworking space. You will greet visitors, manage tours, and ensure a smooth daily operation in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with entrepreneurs and executives, handle scheduling, and support members with meals, amenities, and access. This role offers real-world experience and networking opportunities in a premium office setting.

Qualifications

• Available daily 1pm–5pm, Monday–Friday.
• Excellent communication with executives and entrepreneurs.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet visitors; be the first voice and face when people call or walk in.
• Schedule tours and appointments; coordinate meeting rooms and calendar bookings for prospective members.
• Give office tours and communicate what makes Venture X Chandler special.
• Prep and organize the space; set up meeting rooms and restock common areas for opening.
• Manage member records using our coworking platform for memberships, access, and requests.
• Support current members with day-to-day needs like coffee, snacks, and amenities.
