Job summary

Venture X in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Community Coordinator to deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service. You will engage with members, visitors and prospects, manage tours, and support events and community initiatives on-site in a fast-growing workspace environment.

The role focuses on first impressions, member engagement, and coordinating with the Community Sales Manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or co-working space experience is helpful.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with results.
• Experience in shared office space, CRE, hospitality, leasing or property management is a plus.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective members and manage the initial First Impression experience.
• Assist in scheduling tours and sending tour reminders.
• Perform front desk duties, answer phones, check-in members and guests.
• Coordinate events, member communications and community initiatives.
• Process daily operations including mail, packages, and facility maintenance.
• Assist with billing, collections and member inquiries as needed.
