Job summary

Venture X Frederick is seeking a **Member Experience Associate** to create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. You will manage front-desk duties, respond to inquiries, and support events, tours, and virtual office services.

The role requires onsite daily attendance, strong communication, and familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft Office. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and energetic demeanor.
• 2-3 years in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Able to work onsite 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Willingness to work after-hours events and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests entering the office.
• Answer phones and respond to missed calls.
• Attend to front desk requests and elevate when needed.
• Monitor location email and respond promptly.
• Keep common areas clean and tidy; refresh furniture and decor.
