Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an afternoon-shift Dock/Operations Coordinator in Pryor Creek, OK to support dock and yard activities, loading/unloading, and trailer movements in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will work with site operations, transportation, yard services, and customer teams, using Office 365 and Google Suite to track activity and communicate updates. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock or yard operations.
• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort using MS Office 365 and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Champion operation safety and dock equipment care.
• Serve as primary contact for loading/unloading dock activities.
• Manage trailer movements and yard flow.
• Monitor dock conditions and enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, and customer teams.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders to provide updates.
• Ensure dock activities align with guidelines and SWIs.
• Support dock and yard organization following 7S standards.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify risks or delays.
• Document issues using Office 365 or Google Suite.
• Provide coverage to site leadership as needed.
