You will partner with site operations, transportation, and customer teams, maintaining compliance with safety standards and process guidelines while using MS 365 and Google Suite to track activity and document issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, dock, yard or transportation environment.
• Ability to coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for loading/unloading dock activities.
• Coordinate trailer movements to support daily priorities.
• Manage docking, release, and yard flow while following safety standards.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate unsafe situations.
• Communicate with site operations, transportation, and customer teams.
• Ensure dock activities align with process guidelines and SWIs.
