Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to oversee a warehouse team on the afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will manage daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coach staff to achieve high performance while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse environment, experience with WMS and handheld scanners, and a high school diploma or equivalent. A flexible schedule including overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; flexible schedule availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team; promote performance improvement.
• Utilize WMS and document control processes accurately.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Provide support to warehouse management and track orders.
