Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to oversee a warehouse team, ensuring accurate inventory, on-time order completion, and high-quality service.

You will train staff, manage workloads, and enforce safety protocols while supporting warehouse management and process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, SAP and WMS experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Log and maintain documentation; correctly use the warehouse management system.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety policies.
• Safely operate equipment and support warehouse management.
