Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the Columbus, OH area to support the afternoon shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).

You will oversee the warehouse team and ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. You will coach and train staff, use the warehouse management system, enforce safety policies, and support management while maintaining a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Coach and train warehouse team; drive performance improvements.
• Use warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
