Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, and meet on-time order fulfillment.

You will train staff, manage workload, and enforce safety and process standards in a fast-paced distribution center. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
