Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking an inspirational Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the assigned team and area in the warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly and customer service excels. The afternoon shift runs Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

You will train and coach staff, assign tasks, use the warehouse management system, maintain records, and uphold safety and company policies. Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, 1 year SAP, and WMS/scanner experience required; high school

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
At least 1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
Safely operate equipment and tools as required.
Provide support to warehouse management and back up as needed.
Track orders and investigate problems as they arise.
Maintain accurate cataloging and tracking of goods and supplies.
Maintain a clean environment per the 7S program.
Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
