Sitemetric LLC seeks a proactive Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects and campus environments in Maryland. You will ensure operational performance, site compliance, and effective workforce logistics as the primary onsite contact.

The role emphasizes leadership on shift, collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, and adaptability to dynamic project schedules in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or access control leadership roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access Control Officers on assigned shifts and ensure compliance.
• Serve as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams on shift operations.
• Maintain attendance, shift records, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Support scheduling and coverage planning with Site Logistics Leader.
