Sitemetric LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects and campus environments, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader. The role focuses on maintaining operational performance, ensuring site compliance, and coordinating workforce logistics across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset, with flexibility for various shifts, including nights and weekends, to support dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership/supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance:Lead and supervise ACOs assigned to a specific shift or project within a campus.
• Operational Leadership:Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Workforce Management:Verify attendance, time in/out compliance, and overall performance of shift personnel.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during assigned shifts.
• Logistics & Administration:Maintain records and ensure equipment/technology function during shifts.
