Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for afternoon shifts in Covington, GA. You will work on-site to handle worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery processes, ensuring secure and efficient job sites.

The role requires 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, strong English communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, tech-forward mindset. Shifts are on a schedule with potential travel; compensation starts at $18.00/hour with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and long hours
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environments
• Tech-forward mindset and comfort with using security-related tech
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site. Work with the customer and Sitemetric team to uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure all personnel entering the site have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access-control support, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with one-time and ongoing access-control needs for customers.
