Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality security services on a single shift at a client site in Bristol Township. The supervisor acts as the liaison between site staff and management, coaching officers and ensuring operations run smoothly.

The position pays $18.04 per hour and runs 6:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Relevant experience in security supervision or law enforcement is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with required driving history and insurance.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Exceptional customer service and communication.
• Licensing requirements per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on the assigned shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure delivery of quality services on shift at the client site.
• Maintain professional relationships with client and staff.
