Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a Monroeville, PA campus. This full-time role runs 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise security staff on shift, coordinate with the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate with site leadership.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services on shift.
