Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision, using ABA strategies and positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence. We offer mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to advance within ABA, with a supportive work environment and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• A background working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions are expected.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills

Education

High school diploma
