Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices with strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and tangible clinician support. You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices, not a distant corporate structure.

The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus and flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. Expect mentorship from BCBA mentors, thoughtful caseloads, paid trainings, and a clear path to becoming a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
