Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize supervision and real support for clinicians.

You will work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans, track progress, and communicate with families, meeting weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options and a path to BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to get to client's homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!).
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
