Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You won’t report to a large corporate structure; you’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes, with a $500 sign-on bonus. Pay ranges $20-$28 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time options, and growth through paid trainings toward becoming a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required)
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
