Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy with children aged 1–21 in Indiana. RBTs implement ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and program staff. Supervision and ongoing training support your development within a well-organized team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish speaking a plus.
• Effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment or independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
