25N Coworking in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a part-time Coworking Porter to maintain the space and support meetings and events. The role runs about 20 hours per week, afternoons 2pm-6pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown, stocking supplies, and delivering excellent member service. Applicants should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, move up to 100 lbs with assistance, and work in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the space.
• Oversee event spaces, set up and breakdown for meetings and events.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Assist with catering areas and coffee/water stations.
• Open and close the space when needed.
• Provide friendly customer service to members and guests.
• Inspect for maintenance issues and report them.
