Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform repetitive and/or physical tasks (lifting/moving furniture, standing for long periods).
• Hands-on maintenance skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to event-related requests and address minor issues.
• Greet visitors and provide general guidance within the space.
• Assist with guest flow and direct attendees during events.
• Respond to member and guest requests related to facilities and services.
• Open and close the space when needed and handle related duties.
• Move and arrange tables/chairs and set up event spaces.
• Set up and manage audio-visual equipment and decorations.
• Prepare catering areas and coffee/water stations.
• Disassemble event setups and store equipment after events.
• Perform minor repairs and maintain supplies across spaces.
