25N Coworking in Schaumburg, IL seeks a part-time Coworking Porter to help maintain a welcoming, clean space. This role covers setup, upkeep of common areas, and assisting with events and meetings in the venue, with afternoon hours from 2pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday.

You will assist with guest flow, help with furniture and equipment, set up coffee/water stations, and ensure spaces are tidy for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or coworking environments is a plus.
• Ability to assist with guest flow and event support.
• Comfort with lifting and moving items to prepare spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the space.
• Set up and break down event spaces, furniture, and equipment.
• Assist with catering areas and coffee/water stations.
• Greet visitors and provide general guidance within the space.
• Open and close the space as needed and support members and guests.
