25N Coworking in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Day-Of Event Host on an on-call basis to provide on-site support for member and public events. You’ll greet guests, direct them to spaces, and help ensure events run smoothly with hospitable touches.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll join a fast-growing coworking community that values collaboration and flexibility. Shifts are evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop professional skills.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred.
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building ability.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to wear many hats to get the job done.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, preparation, and organization of events.
• Manage kitchen and serving staff when applicable.
• Receive and direct guests to event spaces/seats.
• Answer questions and address concerns with a charming, polite manner.
• Ensure event space is clean before and after events.
• Observe health and safety measures and know emergency protocols.
• Create a positive, relaxed atmosphere for guests.
• Coordinate teams to work together harmoniously.
• Be the first and last point of contact for the building.
• Check members and guests in and out to create authentic connections.
