You will help direct patients, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate EMR records, contributing to a smooth patient experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
• Ability to manage scheduling and answer phones professionally.

Responsibilities

• Extends a professional welcome to patients and visitors and explains services.
• Handles check-in/check-out and assists with scheduling and payments.
• Directs patients to appropriate departments and updates wait times.
• Assists with paperwork and insurance documentation for patients.
• Maintains accurate patient information in the EMR system.
• Handles incoming calls and provides basic information.
