Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Access Control Officer for afternoon shifts at our Dulles, VA site. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and basic on-site security tasks to support client construction projects.

This role requires excellent customer service, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs in English. You must be able to obtain licensing, pass drug screening and background checks, and collaborate with site leadership to ensure safety,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and varying hours.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibilities to serve customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control per site requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and track headcount.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document and log visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks as needed.
