Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for part-time morning shifts at the Dulles/IAD area. The role requires onsite work at customer sites, with travel across the United States as needed.

You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics to ensure safety and efficient site operations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, can work under pressure, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts maintained.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
