Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in the Dulles, VA area. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor/log documentation to ensure site security and smooth operations.

The position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism under pressure, and readiness to work in a field-based, shift-based environment with travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified to maintain accurate headcount.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
