Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or coordinator roles is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets or issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier helpdesk support via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Prioritize and manage helpdesk tickets with timely resolutions.
• Create and process IT purchase orders, liaising with vendors.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and guides.
