Job summary

Carboline is seeking an IT Internship/Co-Op in Maryland Heights, MO. This in-office role offers flexible scheduling with part-time Co-Op options (20-30 hrs/week) and a full-time summer internship (40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).

You will gain hands-on IT support experience, from setting up computers to resolving help desk tickets, while contributing to daily IT operations. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a CS-related degree, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and possess strong

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed degree in Computer Science or related field.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative.
Preferred: SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up IT equipment.
Provide technical support for users in-office and remote.
Help manage Help Desk tickets and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot applications and assist with system access.
Assist with phone, network, and printer installations.
Conduct new hire IT onboarding presentations.
Perform other tasks as needed.
