EzCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a child in Franklin, VA (23851). The role offers consistent afternoon hours, competitive pay of $25-$34/hour, and a supportive clinical team committed to making a difference.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing BCBA-designed plans, and tracking progress data. Requirements include RBT certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
