Job summary

EzCare ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for afternoon and early evening shifts in Franklin, VA 23851 and surrounding communities. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home, school, daycare, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, daycare, and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Support skill acquisition and behavior-reduction goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and clinical supervisors to promote client success.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Encourage independence, communication, and confidence through evidence-based interventions.
