Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Virginia Beach invites an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the child’s natural environment. You’ll work 1:1 under supervision of a BCBA, helping children develop communication, social, and daily-living skills.

Flexible scheduling and part-time or full-time positions are available, with ongoing mentorship and career growth opportunities in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; if not, company supports certification pathway.
• 1+ year of experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team; participate in ongoing supervision and training.
