Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader for the afternoon/evening shift in our Lynn, MA location. You will coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience, setting goals, giving assignments, and motivating the team.

Responsibilities include meeting safety and sanitation standards, lifting up to 50 lbs, and fostering a positive, fast-service environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience at Dunkin' Donuts.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Provide excellent guest satisfaction and service speed.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments.

Job description

This position is afternoon/evening shift between the hours of 12 noon - 11PM.
