Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader for the afternoon/evening schedule, 12 noon to 11 PM, in Salem, MA. The role focuses on coaching Crew Members to uphold Brand standards and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The Shift Leader will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, providing timely feedback and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1 yr minimum working at Dunkin Donuts is required.
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety; Serve Safe certification a plus.

This position is afternoon/evening shift between the hours of 12 noon - 11PM.
