Dunkin is seeking a Shift Leader to manage afternoon and evening shifts in a fast-paced store environment. You will coach crew, ensure Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience while supporting daily operations in a team-focused setting.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a strong guest-service orientation, and the ability to motivate others during high-volume periods. The role emphasizes teamwork, feedback, and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication.
• Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts (12:00–23:00).

Responsabilités

• Coach crew members during the shift to meet Brand standards and guest expectations.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and monitor performance throughout the shift.

This position is afternoon/evening shift between the hours of 12 noon - 11PM.
