Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Read and follow operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be needed by state/local laws.
• Driving positions require valid driver's license and driving record checks.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
