The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Afternoon and evening shifts are available. This full-time position begins with a base pay of $18.50 per hour, with weekly or instant pay options and state training for licenses.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting; read and understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on an assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
