Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our in-home treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children ages 2-15 under the supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized behavioral plans in clients' homes.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, supportive team environment, and competitive pay ($21–$28/hour) with opportunities for growth. Travel and confidentiality are part of the role, with HIPAA-compliant practices and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal transportation to commute to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist clients with physical activity during sessions as needed.
• Follow tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
