Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team for 1-on-1 treatment in home-based settings with BCBAs.

We offer flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours, paid training, a team-oriented environment, and competitive compensation. This role supports families and helps positively impact the lives of children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and family information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (moving, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
