Job summary

ABRITE Organization is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA-based interventions for children aged 1 to 18 in Santa Cruz County across home, center, preschools, and community settings. Afternoon availability (2:00pm–6:00pm) is sought, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Interest in ABA and child development.
• Energetic, reliable and team-oriented.
• Interest in a career path in education, psychology, or teaching.
• Must be able to lift/pull 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral instruction in the child’s natural environment.
• Deliver services after training on ABA methods and collect data on learning targets.
• Help increase skills and reduce problem behaviors that interfere with learning.
