Job summary

Ocean Psychological Services in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician for part-time, in-person ABA therapy. You will provide 1:1 services under a BCBA supervisor, collect data, and help clients reach individualized goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, and an active RBT (preferred). Availability of at least 15 hours weekly between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM is required, with occasional weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience working with children; ability to help kids learn.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred).
• Prior experience or strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques (preferred).
• Strong data collection, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy based on individualized client goals and treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data during sessions to monitor client progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Attend client team meetings, mandatory quarterly staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Create and utilize instructional materials to support therapy goals.
• Facilitate individual and small group social skills training sessions when appropriate.
• Maintain timely communication, including checking and responding to company emails on business days.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
