ABRITE Organization is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA-based interventions for children aged 1 to 18 in Santa Cruz County across home, center, preschools, and community settings. Afternoon availability (2:00pm–6:00pm) is sought, with Spanish as a plus.

Our RBTs are taught to deliver teaching across developmental domains while taking data on all learning targets with the overall goal to increase skills while decreasing problem behaviors that interfere with learning.After training, all behavior technicians who meet performance criteria can sit for the RBT exam (with reimbursement for 1 test fee).
