Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Santa Clara is hiring a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support in-home and in-center ABA therapy for children aged 3 to 16. You will work Monday through Friday 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturdays based on client needs, starting immediately.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children develop communication, social, and life skills through play and structured activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance in your name.
• Comfortable being active and engaging with children throughout the day.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.
