Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician in Santa Maria, CA. This part-time, hybrid role offers $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with a minimum 15–20 hours per week and potential path to full-time based on center needs.

You will provide 1:1 support to children and teens with developmental disabilities and implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You’ll start with paid training, receive mileage reimbursement for outreach, and work a schedule Monday–Friday 3:00pm–7:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow is essential.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – work with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
